In last few years, labor dispatch is a kind of atypical labor relation management pattern, which is developing very fast in our country. Labor dispatch, because labor dispatch units, labor units and the relationship between the dispatched workers is relatively complex, but also because of the lack of relevant regulations on labor dispatch system, which makes the weakest side that the relevant rights and interests of workers can not be guaranteed, and it is difficult to find relevant channels to obtain the corresponding protection.
