A Study On The Investigation Of Corruption And Bribery Cases

At present, the Chinese Communist Party’s determination and strength is unprecedented, the masses of the Chinese Communist Party’s anti corruption and the confidence and recognition is unprecedented; however, the challenges and historical opportunities of anti-corruption is unprecedented. The procuratorial organs, as the judicial organs of punishing corruption and bribery crimes, can effectively combat corruption and bribery crime is the key to achieve the final victory of the anti corruption. At present, the corruption and bribery crime is systematic, regional, family, community, covert, intelligent, information, international and other characteristics, no doubt to the prosecution investigation of such cases brought many difficulties. Not only that, based on the system level, the legal level, such as a variety of reasons, and anti corruption and bribery investigation strength is weak, poor external cooperation channel, lag, system design and investigation thinking, investigation measures and lack of means and disadvantages directly affects prosecution of corruption and bribery crime investigation. Combined with judicial practice, from the anti corruption and bribery investigation system design and investigation thinking improvement, this paper puts forward the information to guide investigation, fine to standardize the preliminary investigation, the special investigative measures and compulsory measures matched, from the legal level, system level to break the current procuratorial organs investigating corruption and bribery investigation difficulties.
