In this paper, the author combines many years in Xingan procuratorial organs engaged in rural and pastoral areas of corruption and bribery investigation and prevention work experience, on how to give full play to the procuratorial organs investigation department and prevention functions, effective prevention and control in rural and pastoral areas in grassroots organization staff corruption and bribery crime thoroughly discussed, and puts forward the improvement measures, for the procuratorial organs for the prevention and control of rural a pasturing area grassroots organization staff corruption and bribery crime and provide effective reference and reference.This article is divided into four parts, the first part of the rural and pastoral areas of Xingan Meng grassroots organizations have been described in the work of the crime of corruption and bribery.
