| International terrorism crime has the characteristics of global, transnational and organizational, and the current worldwide have terrorism crime happen frequently. In 2001, after the September 11 terrorist attacks in the United States, the crime of terrorism has become one of the key issues in the international community. In recent years, the crime of terrorism is becoming more and more serious in the world. In China’s case also gradually increased, and there is a trend of radiation from the border areas to inland areas.In order to curb the crime of terrorism effectively, Countries in the world are united in each other, to discuss and formulate a series of international conventions on terrorism. These static and international prohibited sexual norms have a certain effect on the emergence and development of the forces of terrorism, but they are only controlled by the source of terrorism,and it is difficult to take a real blow to the terrorist crimes that have already occurred. As a result, many countries in the world have begun to punish the criminal legislation of the crime of terrorism, and each country has its own advantages in the legislative work.China is an important force in safeguarding world peace, and in order to safeguard world peace and stability better and combat terrorism crime activities within the territory of China, it is necessary to establish and improve the criminal law of our country. This paper first analyzes the current situation of the criminal legislation of the punishment of the crime of terrorism, mainly from the three part of the legislative model, substantive law, procedural law, sum up the shortcomings of criminal legislation. Secondly, the criminal legislation of the crime of foreign terrorism is studied, summed up the place and method that should be used for reference. Finally, through the analysis and summary of the two chapters, the paper puts forward the idea of how to improve our country’s criminal legislation to punish terrorist crimes. |
