Study On The Operation Path And Dilemma Of Joint Solicitation Of Public Foundations In China

In recent years,Chinese non-profit organizations continue to grow.The foundations has became an important carrier of the non-profit activities due to its advantages.Now,it has became a social force of Chinese modernization which can not be ignored.However,the foundations has encountered some dilemma during the operation process.Especially for the national public foundations,its operation mode have been gradually does not apply to the present social development situation.So,it is time to start the reform.This paper concerns in this background to the foundations carry out joint fundraising activities.Based on the in-depth analysis of foreign concept of United Way,governance mechanisms and the development process,this paper also introduces the innovation attempt and practice experience of localization process.In this paper,the joint fundraising platform T launched by the foundation Z as the research object.This paper carries on a specific analysis and discussion of the platform,through literature research method,depth interview method and observation research method,and based on the resource dependence theory and the voluntary failure theory.In addition,this paper describes and illustrates the development process,operational path,advantages and features of T platform.And we also have found that there are certain limitations and difficulties in human resources,fund raising,supervision and assessment,organizational communication,ect. At last,this paper gives some measures and proposals to mitigate the limitations and improve its operation mechanism.This paper aims to enrich the empirical research of public foundations carry out joint fundraising activities,and to promote the foundation to achieve long-term sustainable development.As well as for the public foundation to achieve greater social value,and to better promote social development of our country.
