Research On The Operation Of Women & Children's Public Raising Foundation In The Perspective Of Value Chain

In recent years,social organizations as an important way to promote social development,with the development of civil society and continue to play an important role.As of December 2016,293 women's associations related to the promotion of women's rights and interests,the improvement of women's quality and the development of women and children's undertakings are aimed at women and children in all areas,including education and so on.The most direct and most realistic interests,in the field of women and children around the implementation of a series of charity projects.Due to the limited strength of the individual foundation's own strengths and advantages,and these foundations are located throughout the country,where they are located and located in different regions,the degree of economic development varies from region to region based on different types of registration and net assets.This paper focuses on the investigation and research,from the perspective of the value chain to discuss how to adhere to the public organization advocacy and social resources to mobilize,the focus of the project always from women and children to children and children.The actual needs of the starting,the integration of different areas of resources to provide services,through a series of women and children relief and development projects to achieve the organization's own growth and value-added.As an important theory of enterprise management,value chain theory originated from the west.In view of the similarity between strategic management and business management of public offering,this paper introduces this perspective into case study.Sorganization is a typical nonprofit organization in the region that serves women and children in distress,covering a wide range of women.This paper chooses S organization as the research object to analyze,and tries to construct the "value chain" model of the "Fund of Women and Children" from the perspective of value chain analysis by introducing the perspective of value chain analysis into the field of women and children,and examine the stakeholders of the value chain.As well as the challenges faced,and the operation of S organizations to explore possible ways and means of value-added,in order to provide similar reference for the operation of foundations,is conducive to promoting the use of resources in the field of women more effective use,to achieve value-added.
