The Cuban missile crisis is a great event that cannot be ignored in the history of U.S- Soviet cold war. The outbreak of the crisis is due to the Soviet Union who deployed nuclear missiles in Cuba under the banner of protection of Cuba. In the Cuban missile crisis, the United States and the Soviet Union confrontated with each other, almost let cold war turned hot wars. The crisis brought the word to the edge of the nuclear war but also led the relationship between the United States and the Soviet Union to relax in the edge of a cliff. The Cuban missile crisis not only had a considerable influence on the relationship between the Soviet Union and the United States but also has a great influence on Sino Soviet relations.In this paper, the first chapter is mainly an overview of the Cuban missile crisis. The Soviet Union in the name of protecting Cuba to deploy its nuclear missiles in Cuba.The United States found missile on the Cuban missile, disposed a strong naval blockade against Cuba, soon, the Cuban Missile Crisis broke out. After Kennedy and Khrushchev’s multiple communications counsel, Khrushchev finally compromised. The Soviet withdrawal from nuclear missiles what deployed in Cuba, Kennedy also secretly agreed to withdraw for the missile set up by the Soviet Union in Turkey, and promised not to invade Cuba. So far, the Cuban Missile Crisis is over.In the second chapter of this paper mainly introduces the Sino Soviet relations before the Cuban missile crisis. The relationship between China and the Soviet Union had worsened before the Cuban missile crisis. Since the beginning of the 20 th Congress of the Soviet Communist Party, because of Stalin’s assessment of different parties, the two parties had ideological differences. After that, the Soviet Union from chauvinism of historical inertia started,led ideological differences gradually expanded to the relations between the two countries. China and the Soviet Union had happened a a series of contradictions and conflicts, making the relations between the two countries from differences in the semi darkness to split open.The third chapter mainly introduces the eased Sino Soviet relations during the Cuban Missile Crisis. After the crisis, the Soviet Union need urgent help and support from China,therefore, the Soviet Union immediately changed the attitude in the Sino Soviet,gave the support to China in Sino-Indian border conflict. China also reciprocated the Soviet Union in support of the Soviet Union during the Cuban missile crisis. For a time, the Sino Soviet relations easing.However, after the Cuban Missile Crisis ended, China believes that Khrushchev in the Cuban Missile Crisis in the first committed a "adventure", and then made a "surrender." Khrushchev thought his compromise with the United States not to surrender, but is a great "victory". The Sino Soviet differences on the Cuban Missile made the further deterioration of the relations betweentwo countries.The fourth chapter is mainly about in the Cuban Missile Crisis deteriorated again. After the crisis, the Soviet Union has increased the hostility to China. The Soviet intended made nuclear cooperation with the United States, isolated Chinese on the nuclear issue.In addition, the Soviet Union in the Sino Soviet border deployment of a large number of troops, to provoke the Soviet frontier incidents.The Soviet Union even is also intended to conduct a "surgical" nuclear strike on China. So far, the Soviet Union had become the biggest enemy of China. The Sino Soviet Alliance along completely collapsed.The fifth chapter is the conclusion part, which is mainly about the summary and analysis of this article.
