In the meantime, Taizhou people has contract spirit, this contractual culture as a kind of spiritual culture materialized in the practical operation for the physical form and the system form, form the contractual system, including the political democracy and contractual law system. Taizhou’s contractual culture originates from its diversified economy, including the first joint stock cooperative system, various economic forms, which coexist and develop harmoniously and have achieved win-win situation.
