A Study On The Logical Relationship Between The Socialist Core Values ​​and The Construction Of The Rule Of Law Culture

With the reform and opening up more than thirty years, China’s rule of law construction is lack of profound cultural foundation of the rule of law, and thus the concept of rule of law has not yet popular. Although the rule of law construction has made some achievements in the construction of the system, there are still a series of difficulties and crises in the field of legal culture. If we are not taken seriously,marking the construction of the rule of law in China on democracy and the rule of the road of independent development is likely to get half the results with double the effort.The building of the rule of law in China is inseparable from the cultivation of cultural soil. But realistically, the construction of the rule of law in China is indeed facing a certain cultural foundation ’s missing.Particularly serious is in the field of values, there is a serious value tear in the concept of ideology. This is in urgent need of a value that can unite the value of consensus as a guide. Socialist core values as the core of the socialist core value system, play a decisive role in determining the development direction of the rule of law culture construction in our country. Therefore,to give full play to the leading role of the socialist core values, to provide sufficient spiritual power for the construction of the rule of law in our country, it has a profound practical significance.This study mainly to solve the "rule of law" in the construction of the cultural dilemma for the starting point, points out the Chinese characteristics of the construction of rule of law in China, and analyzes the inherent consistency between the socialist core values and the rule of law culture construction in China: on the one hand, the socialist core values play a leading role in the construction of the rule of law culture in China; on the other hand, the socialist legal culture plays an important role in the cultivation and practice of socialist core values. At last, the paper briefly expounds the practice path of the construction of legal culture in our country under the guidance of the core values.
