A Study On The Promotion Of The Socialist Core Values From The Perspective Of The Rule Of Law

The core values of socialism are highly refined essentials of the socialist core values system.Cultivating and promoting core values of socialism can provide spiritual motivation to boost China’s development.As rule of law is the basic method to govern a nation,comprehensively implementing the rule of law is the only way to modernization of national governance.This will drive China to fast develop.Only adhering to parallel implementation of legal system and moral system,can the greatest joint effort form to boot national development,society progress,and people’s happiness.This paper was focused on studying construction of core values of socialism.At first,the possibility and necessity of combining construction of core values of socialism and construction of rule of law was theoretically discussed to demonstrate that they are in a mutually complementary relationship.Then,the role,current conditions,and problems and their reasons of "rule of law" in the process of driving construction of core values of socialism were analyzed.At last,in order to solve the problems,legal approaches to construction of core values of socialism were systemically examined to propose feasible specific action plans.
