Thammasat Crash Course in Hosei university of Japan was established in 1904 and was closed in 1908. In the five years, the university recruited Qing students successively for five periods. And it had graduate students a total of more than 1,100 people. This paper mainly focus on the teaching mode and cultivation mothed of Japanese Thammasat Crash Course, exploring the successful experience and enlightenment to law master education in China. The paper also explains the profound influence that graduates from the Thammasat brings to the legal reform, the education of law and the politics in the late Qing dynasty.Except the Introduction, this paper is dividing into six parts. The first part is the first chapter mainly to summarize the development of jurisprudence in Japan in the late Qing dynasty. Since the Meiji restoration to the early twentieth century, the Japanese law consciousness grows fast. In the process of legal development in Japan, the Japanese make full use of the western law education resources. Through public-private dual mode of legal education Japan has trained a large number of talents of law.The second part is the second chapter. This chapter has combed the social background of the establishment of the Japanese Thammasat Crash Course. The establishment of the Thammasat Crash Course due to the Japanese education and the Qing government. Since it was established, scholars in the late Qing dynasty to Crash Course in a school in their different consideration.The third part is the third chapter. This part mainly introduces the Thammasat Crash Course admissions policies, training programs, assessment of graduation, and so on. Thammasat Crash Course had detailed admission procedures, system of teaching courses and extracurricular activities. At the same time, this part studies the scholars’ development after their coming back. Through well test and graduation investiture test, the students of Japan Thammasat Crash Course got the recognition of the Qing dynasty. These students soon filled on each post and began to show his own ambition and talent.The fourth part is the fourth chapter. On the one hand,this part further summarizes the Japanese Thammasat Crash Course education model.One the other hand it shows the personnel training to obtain results,and the leads to the following influence on politics and law reform in the late Qing Dynasty.The fifth part consists of chapter 5,6 and 7. On the basis of the analysis of the research above, this part summarizes the profound influence for many social various aspects to China. Thammasat Crash Course department graduates not only has an important role on the current political situation changes at that time but also has immeasurable influence for legal reform education and the political development of China.The last part is the Postscript,it introduced the evaluation of the Thammasat Crash Course at that time.Meanwhile,it emphasized the significance to our current legal education of the education and personnel. training mode of the Thammasat Crash Course.
