Nowadays,the situation of Diaoyu islands becomes worse.From the collision between the Chinese fish boat and two Japanese Coast Guard vessels in 2010 to the purchase of the Diaoyu islands in order to make them nationalization in 2012,Japan intends to steal the sovereignty of Diaoyu islands more publicly and illegally,which provoke contradictions between China and Japan.Even though the government of China has taken a series of effective actions to protect the territory sovereignty of the Diaoyu islands,which changed the situation of Japan’s unilateral control of the Diaoyu Islands,but Japan does not take this and becomes more ferocious Japan takes caustic actions to provoke China and makes up the threat of China by the issue of Diaoyu islands in order to get rid of the defeated country status bound.On the one hand,Japan makes efforts to get rid of the legal obstacles of military normalization, on the other hand Japan improves the defense budget and makes increase efforts to strengthen the military and improve the deployment of military around the Diaoyu islands,which expresses the attitude to use force to resolve the dispute over the Diaoyu Islands. From sending warships and aircraft to prevent the legal cruise of China official ships,to threatened to shoot down China UAV and the air battle between F-15 and J-10, Japan has dispatched troops to the war, continue to rise to the level of the sovereignty dispute over the war,which provoked the fighting between the two countries.In the face of the situation, how to deal with for China in the next step? As the dispute escalated, at any time may spark a conflict accidentally war, a promotion that is made, we have not ready? Do we really want to resolve the problem by force to the issue of Diaoyu Islands? If not, then which means can be take to resolve the current impasse over the Diaoyu Islands? In the face of these problems, the author want solve the dilemma by the three major theories of the international relations and takes the research methods with history and international laws,but it does not matter.Therefore I determine to use the art of war by sunzi to resolve the problems.According to the idea of first win after the war,I discuss whether the war for the Diaoyu islands will break out to recognize whether we have the ability to be faced with the war and succeed.By comparing China with Japan among the the five things to know the chance of success. Then using sunzi’s the art of the thought of "try to win with no destruction but mutual preservation "to find "the enemy without combat", to resolve the problem,the so-called "cut", "cut in" policy and foreign relationship to deal with how to solve the problem of the Diaoyu islands.In conclusion,we should try our best to make the "five things" better to make bigger and stronger, make ourselves in an impregnable position, then win before the war.
