And so ultimately the Chinese Dream’s achieving depends largely on the level of all-round development of man. Then, the real foundation of comprehensive development of human were explored: the favorable conditions provided by the socialist economic construction, the socialist political construction, the socialist cultural construction, the socialist social construction and the socialist ecological construction; the constraints brought by not high productivity level, unreasonable economic relations, imperfect superstructure and natural factors. On this basis, in the realization process of the Dream, we must adhere to Marxism theory on comprehensive development of human and the Party’s leadership, to further develop the productive forces, to deepen the reform of economic relations, to improve the political superstructure, to develop education and culture, to build a beautiful China. So as to better promote the people’s all-round development.
