Interest Game And Right Struggle: Research On Rights Protection And Process Of Rural Landless Women

In recent years, the disputes about the collective resources and distribution of interests is growing, which even makes the outbreak of violent conflict, confrontation and conflict.The disputes of rural women( mostly married women) land rights is one of them.In fact,this kind of dispute has been existing for long time.But they have not been solved well.In recent years,more and more rural women have begun to take use of petition for their rights,which makes great difference to the social stability and puts great pressure on the government.The group of rural landless women is one various interest groups in China.The origin of their action of safeguarding safeguard rights and the process can actually reflect the problems and deficiencies in China’s social system.They can also reflect the life of the bottom of society,the logic of various interest groups’ action and the conflicts in today’s China.So with the analysis of these women’s action of safeguarding rights,not only the issue of rural women’s rights in land can be understood comprehensively,but also the role of different groups or organizations and the hardship of China’s social governance an be known well.In this subject,the social conflict theory and political-social theory will be used to analyze the issue of rural women’s action of safeguarding rights including the origin,the process of their action,the interaction of each others and the game between different groups.In this subject,the method of interviews,observation,and literature review will be used to collect materials which forms the base of the study.The method of ‘process-events’,’comprehension’,‘transference’ and casual analysis will also be used to analyze those materials.The analysis will focus on those women’s action and process of safeguarding rights.Many social theories will also be used to analyze this issue.By the analysis,the conclusions can be drawn as follows:First,the disputes of rural women’s rights in land results from the sex-gender system,traditional customs and the governance system in rural area.Secondly,the rural women’s action of safeguarding rights is well organized in a sense,and some rural women’s action has even surpassed the pursuit of interests for their pursuit of some kind of value.In the process of their safeguarding rights,the rural women are growing up and become more and more mature which is a kind of valuable by-product.Thirdly,the issue of rural women’s rights in land is one of various conflicts and disputes in China that is in transformation.However,seen from the history and theory these conflicts is not definitely negative but positive.These conflicts should be treated in a right way and the disputes should be solved by safeguarding the women’s rights.Last but not least,the rural women’s struggle in the long term reflects the dilemma of China’s social governance which results from the immaturity of China’s modern governance system.Further more,that results from the problem of the relationship among state,society and individual in the background of China’s present governance system.But before China’s governance system becomes perfect,the positive try and practice of local governments which are committed to solving the problems and disputes should be recognized.
