A Study On The Spatial Relationship Of China And America From The Perspective Of Constructivism

With the increasingly important role of the network in human society, network space has become a new carrier of the economic interests, political interests and security interests of the international actors. As the world’s most important group of bilateral relations between China and the United States, interaction in cyberspace will have a huge impact on the construction of the international community network space.At present, the research of the network relationship between China and the United States has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, we mainly analyze the relationship between China and the United States with constructivism as the analytical tool. It should be said that constructivism is one of the three mainstream international political theories of realism and liberalism,which provides a set of tools for the analysis of international relations. In the perspective of Constructivism to the Sino US relation network for analysis and research, is not difficult to find that between China and the United States of conflict in cyberspace is because China and the United States on the role cognition lack of common knowledge and the reason for the discrepancy. Competition is due to the strength of China and the United States in the network space is in a state of equilibrium, in such a state to choose to become a competitor rather than the enemy is an optimal choice. Cooperation is based on the non traditional security issues that need to be deal with in cyberspace, and the two countries have a consensus on this issue. The interaction between China and the United States in cyberspace will directly affect the construction of the international order of cyberspace.Overall, at the present stage of China and the United States in the network space is in conflict and competition as the main line, but with the understanding between the two sides continues to deepen, a total of increasing knowledge and between the strategic mutual trust mechanism gradually established, China and the United States in cyberspace will to Kantian synthetic development, and gradually realize the transition to Kant and cooperation from hostile to the Hobbesian and Lockean competition. China and the United States to build the network space of a security,peace, cooperation, openness, the establishment of effective network management system is the present Sino US out of the security dilemma and work together toward a reasonable selection of common prosperity.
