The Cyberspace Relationship Of Northeast Asian Countries From The Perspective Of Constructivism—conflict, Cooperation And Prospects

Northeast Asia,first of all from the geographical concept,covers China,Japan,Russia,Siberia and the Far East,Mongolia,South Korea and North Korea six countries and regions,and also from the geopolitical and security concept of the meaning should include the United States.In this region,the development of the national actors in cyberspace is uneven,the strength gap is large,and the network space is a new thing,has not yet formed an effective international rules of constraint,so the conflict between countries,the stability of the Northeast Asian region poses a serious threat.But the relationship between the countries in cyberspace is not all conflict and confrontation,and partnerships have been established in areas such as cyber-security,but the relationship is limited and regional cooperation among all countries in North-East Asia has not yet been established.Constructivism puts forward three kinds of culture without government: Hobbes ' culture,Locke culture and Kant's culture,with three kinds of no government culture to analyze the conflicts and cooperative relations of the Northeast Asian countries in cyberspace,can divide the conflict into the conflict of Hobbes ' culture construction and the conflict of Locke culture construction.The cooperation can be divided into game cooperation,strategic cooperation and Alliance cooperation.is the concrete embodiment of three levels of Kant's culture.Looking to the future,objectively speaking,cyberspace is a shared space created by mankind,so a country from access to the Internet and other countries have a state of interdependence;At the same time,the existence of network security threat strengthens the urgency of building collective security in the network space of northeast Asian countries.Because the country's dependence on the network will increase with the development of network technology,so,in a long time dimension,the relationship between the northeast Asian countries in cyberspace should tend to reduce conflicts and deepen cooperation.From the subjective point of view,the countries of Northeast Asia should increase the common knowledge of cyberspace,learn to restrain themselves,use new ideas in new fields,and lower their estimate of each other's threat to their cyberspace,and contribute to the peace and development of Northeast Asia in cyberspace.
