A Study On The Effectiveness Of Administrative Values ​​Education

The education for administrative values is one of education behavior, which aims to help administrator to build correct administrative though and guide their administrative behavior. It is an important activity to prevent corruption. Through influencing administrative staff’s Psychology, it can help administrator to have a good understanding about integrity, develop righteous administrative behaviors and improve the integrity of administrative works. However, all of these positive results are based on the effectiveness of administrative value education. What’s more, the effectiveness of administrative value education is not only achieved through the process of education but also external guarantee. This essay is based on this theory; firstly we try to show the achievement and problem we made in administrative value education among ancient China and foreign countries. Then we observe Chinese current situation, and try to figure out the reason and solution for the problem we have in present administrative value education.This essay consists of introduction, five chapters and conclusion.The instruction covers the motive for writing this essay, the present research status and innovation of this essay.The first chapter is relevant conception and basic theory. in relevant conception part, this essay try to make a convincing analysis from the conception of administration, administrational values, conception of education and the identification of effectiveness. Then we make a deep analysis about the essence and result of effectiveness. In the theory part, we make an analysis from philosophical foundation, foundation of public administration and foundation of education.The second chapter is the current situation about the effectiveness administrational value education. This chapter includes two parts, the existence and lack of effectiveness. In every part, we make a deep analysis from two aspects. In the first part, it is the analysis about the abundance in education content and complete education system. In the second part, it shows an analysis form deviation from the educational content、single education model and invalid external security.In the third chapter, it is the research about the root of lacking effectiveness in administrational value education. In the first part, we analyze the reason of deviation from the educational content from the complexity of society situation and the lacking of sense of lofty; in the second part, we analyze the reason of single education model, from assimilation of instrumental rationality and alienation of formalism; in the third part, form perverted administrative performance value、the insufficient of "procedural justice" of Monitoring mechanisms and the lack of Law-based governance, and we make a further analysis about invalid external security;In the fourth part, we show some good examples and experience from China and foreign countries. From the effectiveness of administrational value education and unavailability we make an analysis about Chinese ancient education situation.In the fifth part, it is the choosing of the effective route about making sure the effectiveness in administrational value education. In this chapter, firstly we point out the correct education direction considering values and methodology and stress on Marxism and keeping the balance between rationality in value and method, then show the accurate measures:recover the rationality of value during education and strengthen the rationality of action.In the conclusion, we make a summary and point out the problem this essay have in research and try to make further improvement.
