Since the Westernization Movement, China’s vocational education has experienced from scratch, from a single, simple to diversity training mode, training mode conversion system. With the enactment of the legal relationship adjustment vocational education in special laws, as well as relevant laws to regulate the establishment of vocational education provision, vocational education in China legal system is basically formed.Formation and perfection of the legal system of vocational education, within a period of time to provide a favorable legal environment for the development of vocational education in China, but with varying levels of economic development and the development of advanced models, the development of vocational education itself, vocational education lag legal system is becoming increasingly prominent.
