On China 's Global Partnership Diplomacy

The end of cold war have witnessed the radical changes of the international society, which changed into multi-polar from two-polar, in the meaning-while,the international relationship tends to be partnership.China also choose partnership as its main diplomatic strategy to handle bilateral relationships.China has built all kinds and all levels of partnership with different countries,including strategic partnerships,comprehensive partnerships and general level of partnership,thus forming a global partnership net.The global partnership has not only rich theoretical content, but also profound practical significance and it’s a rational diplomatic strategy of China.This paper analyses the theoretical content from three aspect,that is diplomatic strategy model、Institutional Cooperation and Chinese Harmonious Culture Theory. From the respect of realistic choice,this text analyze china’s global partnership also from three aspects:China’s national interests and strategic objectives 、 China’s national strength and strategic resource and the current international strategic environment.To show the development of Chinese global partnership Since the end of the Cold War,this paper analyses china’s global partnership from the time and space. On this basis, I summarize the results obtained from China’s global partnership strategy and its shortcomings and challenges and future prospects.Analysis concluded that the global partnership is the best rational choice of China’s diplomatic strategy, and is still a very long period of time to continue as a basic strategic choice of China’s foreign relations.
