The Theory Of National Unity Of The Communist Party Of China And Its Practical Research In

National unity along with the generation of nation, has been always the focal points, topical issues of society and politics in such a multinational state. Tibet Autonomous Region is located in Tibetan Plateau of Southwest China, known as the “Roof of the World” and “the Third Pole of the World”, whose strategic position is extremely important. Whether to insist on national unity relates to the success or failure of the revolution and construction of China, the fate of the country. In the context of such a special geopolitics, the development of Tibetan ethnic relations which is the key and core of the realization of national unity, related to not only the development of the social economy of Tibet, also that of the whole China. Present situation study on Chinese national unity has significantly fallen behind the national unity’s practice. In this paper, the existing researches related to national unity are used as the theoretical origin. Through the empirical research, the connection between theory and practice, it strives for the systematic interpretation about the practice and innovation of national unity in Tibet, poin ts out the shortcomings, and then find out the corresponding decisions in accordance with the reasons.The paper is divided into an introduction and four chapters.In the introduction, it introduces the background, purpose, significance, research methods, possible innovation and the domestic and international research status, elaborates the scientific connotation of national unity, and the relationship between ethnic equality and it.In the first chapter, it explains the necessity and importance of strengthening national unity in Tibet. There are a firm historical, social, theoretical basis of national unity in Tibet. The party and the state have consistently adhered to national unity, the standard of living in minority areas has gradually improved, national problems has persistently been solved as well as national unity playing the role in social development and prosperity of Tibet and long-term stability, all which explains the necessity and importance of strengthening national unity.In the second chapter, it explains the practice of national unity in Tibet. Since the creation of the Communist Party of China, it has attached great importance to the unity of the whole Chinese nation, in terms of which, has made gratifying achievements. In Tibet, national unity has a overall good situation. But during the “Cultural Revolution”, the destruction of national unity, the degradation of ethnic relation, are the wake-up call to the world.In the third chapter, the existing problems about national unity in Tibet are provided. The negative environmental factors worsening national unity were summarized, such as economic, political and cultural aspects from the civil, including external aspects from the international environment. In addition to the realistic environmental factors, the virtual ones also affected national unity. These must be paid attention to by national workers, must be treated with caution in action.In the fourth chapter, it discusses how to strengthen national unity in Tibet. There are two factors influencing the consequence of national unity: realistic and virtual. In realistic environment, including domestic and international one, Tibetan national unity is strengthened mainly through the specific optimization of the domestic environment, such as developing the economic has promoted national unity, booming the culture has fostered national unity, improving ideological education has maintained Tibetan political stability and has promoted its economic development, handling the national questions according to the law has strengthened national unity. The world today is in the information age, the virtual environment which effects national unity should not be overlooked. The development of information technology has brought the mankind into a new era, has mainly provided the modern with the exchange platform for the information-sharing and communications formed by virtual space. The optimization of virtual environment will start with the following aspects:one is to construct an active network area. The second is to strengthen the government itself to enhance network management capabilities. The third is to enhance the overall quality of the users who will consciously own civilized network behaviors, to prevent the network used by people with ulterior motives.
