Study On The Construction Of Kumquat Community In Daling Mountain Town, Dongguan City

Since the 21 st century, our country public crisis events and breaking things take place frequently. With the increasing public awareness of community safety, these problems are been enlarged constantly. If there is no good community public affairs management ability, this will bring a huge impact on the community. As a result, it is urgent to view security community building using the new social network perspective and facing the new situation of the current society.since 2008, Dongguan DaLing hills JinJu community began to focus on community safety in the community’s construction, promote hidden safety trouble’s reducing, raise awareness of the safety protection of grassroots. Dongguan DaLing hills JinJu security community’s building formed their own characteristics gradually, and have implemented and reduced the damage of public crisis events within expected goals, but compared with other developed areas’ s mature security community work, there are a lot of problems. There are signs that, the traditional theory of public affairs management theory of security community are already starting to appear on the lag, so re-examining security community construction through the new view, become a problem to be solved.In this paper, based on the study of the related literature at home and abroad, the connotation of the security community, the characteristic concept and basic principle of social network analysis, the characteristics of social network analysis in the construction of security community framework has been carried on the theoretical research firstly. And this paper give a deep research on the close relationship between creating with institutions of social network analysis. NetMiner software has been used to draw the network diagram, finding out the JinJu safety problems existing in the security community’s construction.At the end of this paper, improvement opinion has been put forward with these problems, including the relationship between the creation main body, establishing cross-department organizations, clear and definite the responsibility of related department, strengthen the connection between the organizations as a result of strengthening the degree of resource sharing. The established cross-sectoral organizations can make full use of social network resources and information, and can improve the efficiency of security community.The innovation point of this paper is using social network analysis as the main research tool, and using the NetMiner software to construct the social relations of social network diagram of safety community construction’s related personnel. This paper deepen the theory of security community construction in our country, which provide the beneficial reference for safe community construction in our country.
