Analysis On Briberies In The Grass-roots Democratic Election In Rural In The Social Network View

Currently, the new socialist countryside building has been in full swing. And the construction of rural social democracy is an especially important tache of this process. The grass-roots democratic election in rural areas contributes a lot to building rural basic-level democratic politics, which most directly reflects the democracy in grass-roots units. However, in recent years, the briberies have been frequently taken place and continued to be spreaded and worsen in the rural grass-roots election. It has seriously obstructed the rural social democracy construction, have an wicked impact on legal system and practice and hidden the trouble on the stability and development in rural society. So the briberies must be rooted out, which is an need of both the development of times and the building of harmonious countryside. In consideration of this above, the characters and serious social influences of current briberies were analyzed in this paper, after investigation of briberies in some villages and towns. In the social and network view angle, society and network theories were attempted to be used for analysis. And then several concrete methods helping to solve bribery problems were put forward constructively.The main research contents are as follows:The first part of the article explains the source and basis of the selected topic, and expounds the purpose of this study and significance, and summarizes the domestic scholars’important research results of bribery. It introduces the related social network theory which be used in this article and it’s research methods meanwhile.The second introduces the present situation of bribery in basic democratic election in the rural areas,which includes the development process of rural grassroots democratic elections for over30years, the characteristics of current bribery and its harmful social influences. The three part of the article introduces the three cases selected for this research. It explains the buying process in the cases detailed and comprehensively, and have a summarized analysis on the cases, at the same time, the author puts forward personal ideas about the generation of bribery and it’s operation. In the fourth, the main contents are tentative analysis that use of social network theories of the cause of bribery, and puts forward several factors those who resulted of bribery. The last, the author puts forward some methods to promote the solve of bribery problem constructively. To prevent and control the bribery, we should from many to several sides, including education、issued some policy and establish common socialist relations of social trust and so on. It also need the value and hard work from vast villagers、 government departments and even the social from all walks of life. Only the bribery problem has been solved, that will clear away the block of rural grassroots democracy construction and development, so there will be a more better environment for the development and progress of rural social.
