A Study On The Construction Of The Long - Term Mechanism Of The Party 's Mass Line Since The 18th

The mass line is the heirloom which serves to connect the Chinese Communist Party, and also the lifeline and basic work route of the Party. Its fundamental connotation is “all are for the masses and all depend on the masses; come from the people and go to the people”. As of the 18 th national congress of the Communist Party of China, the educational practice of the mass line has been carried out and made great achievements. A long-term mechanism for the mass line shall be formulated to safeguard the achievements generated in the educational practice in popularizing the mass line and tackle the rigorous situation at home and abroad and the new changes the Party experiences. Only in this way, can the party member cadres hold on and exercise the mass line, carry forward the fine tradition of the Party and make the work about the mass line regular, effective and lasting.By applying literature research method, historical research method and system research method, this thesis makes a brief summary of the development course of the mass line and bases the study of a long-term mechanism on the logic of history. Next, it explores the theoretical basis, internal characteristics and operating system of the long-term mechanism as a whole and accordingly concludes the long-term mechanism of the mass line as follows: instructing and guiding mechanism, incentive mechanism, connective mechanism, monitoring mechanism, assessment and feedback mechanism. This thesis contains the introduction, body part and conclusion with each part as follows:The introduction involves the background of the research background, overseas and domestic research status, illustrations of related concepts, research significance, research method, research content and innovative points.The body part consists of five chapters. Chapter 1 sorts out the development skeleton of the mass line and illustrates the contemporary value to hold on and practice the mass line.Chapter 2 focuses on the implementation and results of the mass line, analyzes the necessity to formulate the long-term mechanism of the mass line according to the new characteristics and new challenges for the relation between the Party and the masses, which provides practical basis for part five.Chapter 3 discusses the theoretical foundation for the construction of a long-term mechanism for the mass line from the perspective of philosophy, psychology, learning theory and system theory.Chapter 4 discusses the characteristics and operating system of the mass line and provides the construction of a long-term mechanism with theoretical foundation.Chapter 5 involves the following contents with regard to the long-term mechanism of the mass line: instructing and guiding mechanism, incentive mechanism, connective mechanism, monitoring mechanism, assessment and feedback mechanism and illustrates the basic principles, basic requirements and main contents for each mechanism.The conclusion part makes a brief summary of the thesis.
