Based on the analysis of financing methods of highway project ,this paper do some research work on the operation of joint-stock mode of highway project. Moreover discuss the re-organization of highway project to be publicly listed and the operation of the company thereafter publicly listed by cases of present listed companies in China. Finally, point the problems, give advice and means to promote them to be solved.
