Process Analysis Evaluation Research Of Construction Project For Highway

This paper has elaborated the contents, indexes and methods of theprocess-evaluation, which is a part of the highway post-evaluation, from sevenaspects in details. Firstly, this paper has introduced the developing situation ofhighway post-evaluation, paying great attention to the process-evaluation; ChapterTwo has described the basic construction procedure of highway project with a figure,and summarized the work at different construction stage to offer a distinct train for theprocess-evaluation; Chapter Three has introduced highway network design method,and analyzed the relationship between highway network and highway constructionproject in order to place process-evaluation in a larger vision, replenishing for theprinciples, contents and indexes system of post-evaluation of highway network design;based on the summaries of existent post-evaluation reports of some highways,according to those violent problems in the traffic demand prediction, Chapter Fourhas introduced the methods of the traffic demand prediction of highway constructionproject ( tendency traffic , transferring traffic and inspired traffic) in detail, andanalyzed the various factors that affect its precision when putting forward thecountermeasure that reduces errors. Chapter Five has summed up the basic financingmethods of highway construction project, especially the expressway projection, andsummarized the practice experiences, establishing a index system for thefinancing-method (or the combination of methods) evaluation. Chapter Six hasdiscussed the evaluation index system of the toll station layout on the generalhighway network with the province territory, when summarizing the functions,planning measures and evaluation indexes of expressway traffic facility system.
