Highway Project Economic

The contents of the research in the paper are the basis for formulating the highway planning theory and methods in the economic mechanism. Firstly, on the basis of defining the economic nature of highway project , this paper analyses the relationship between the economic nature and sustainable development. Secondly, according to the role traffic in economic analysis ,this paper evaluates the utilization of traffic in economic analysis, studies the classification of traffic, and establishes the calculation model of economic traffic. Further more ,the paper discusses the measure of increasing highway project economic nature.
