Heihe Border Trade Development And Policy

As an open city along the border, Heihe characteristic geographical advantage makes its border trade become a crux of the development of soci- ety and economy. On the basis of summarizing the experiences and lessons of the developments of Heihe economy and trade, the thesis expounds the basic theoretical and practical problems of border trade development fully and systematically. The author makes an incisive analysis on the border trade s from the practice of Heihe city. Furthermore, the author makes dis- cussion and study on the existing questions and their contributing factors of Heihe border trade by combining theory with practice. On the basis of the aforementioned contents , the paper proposes the countermeasures and sug- gestions of promoting the further development of Heihe s economy and trade and looks forward to the cooperative prospects between China and Russia in 21c.
