Conference marketing generally refers to the operators to promote the sale of goods or provide services through centralized publicity for specific customer groups.This marketing model has the advantages of strong pertinence,large profits and high efficiency,and is widely used in the business activities of some operators.Conference marketing is not illegal in itself,but in recent years,some operators make huge profits by means of consumption fraud,false propaganda,selling fake and inferior commodities and other illegal means through conference marketing.Others use conference marketing to carry out criminal activities such as fraud,pyramid selling and illegal fund-raising.The public pays attention to the illegal phenomena in conference marketing.With the increasing temperature,the media of public opinion are focusing more and more on all kinds of illegal acts in the process of conference marketing.The number of complaints and reports from consumers whose rights and interests have been damaged by conference marketing has become more and more frequent.Conference marketing has once become a hot topic of public concern and the focus of government supervision.The government's supervision and management of economic market is one of the important functions of the government.In the process of supervision and management of conference marketing,due to the particularity of the marketing mode of conference marketing,the unstable business place,the complexity of the employees,the imperfect supervision system of the supervision department itself,the weak law enforcement force and the lack of evidence-gathering means,the government departments have paid attention to conference marketing in recent years.The degree and intensity of supervision have been greatly increased.However,the illegal activities related to conference marketing have not been reduced correspondingly.On the contrary,the frequency of illegal activities and the social harmfulness have become more and more intense.In the process of conference marketing,there are various forms and methods of illegal acts,and some operators are constantly evolving new methods and new models to deceive consumers into buying their goods or services so as to achieve their illegal purpose of making huge profits.There is a new trend in the types of sales products,propaganda means and operation sets.The traditional supervision model is difficult to adapt to the new conference marketing model.In the form of regulatory requirements,regulatory methods and mechanisms need to be innovated and improved urgently.Based on the market supervision function of the government and the background of the development of market economy in the new era,this paper,from the perspective of public management,analyses the difficulties,pain points and supervision strategies of the C municipal government departments in the process of conference marketing supervision.At the same time,combining the research results and practical experience in the same field at home and abroad,strives to analyze and grasp the commonalities and rules of the difficulties in conference marketing supervision.To find effective countermeasures and ways to meet the development direction of market economy,to comply with the administrative requirements of government supervision according to law,to solve the difficulties and inefficiencies of conference marketing supervision,and to provide reference and suggestions for government supervision departments in the process of supervision practice.
