Historical Analysis Of The Relationship Between China's Economic System And Economic Growth Mode

The thesis tries to open out the immanence relation between the economic system and the economic growth pattern in fifty years with the point of historical view, since the new country was founded in 1949. The evolvement of the relation between the economic system and the economic growth pattern is a clew for this thesis. This thesis also offers some reveal for the realization of the two right-about. This thesis has three parts. The former two parts mostly research the evolvment of the relation between the economic system and the economic growth pattern in fifty years from 1949 to 1999. The Third Plenary Session of The Party抯 Eleventh Congress in 1978 is the historic boundary. The first part mostly states the stimulative relation between the planned economic system and the extensive growth pattern, and the appearance of the relation out of line, from 1949 to 1978, namely before the reform and opening. During the forming of the traditional planned economic system, namely the forming of the macro economic system and the microcosmic manage mechanism, the extensive growth pattern took the decisive action. At the same time, the traditional planned economic system also hastened the development of the extensive growth pattern in two aspect: The government and the corporation from above to below seeked high speed and the quantity expand, each economic main body liked the speed forcefully and partially. The planned economic system with the adminstration command to deploy resource, not only offered the development power for the extensive growth pattern, but also provided the system safeguard for its developing and continuing. Along with the economic development, the relation out of line gradually emerged, between the planned economic system and the extensive growth pattern. The second part mostly discusses the restrict and stimulative relation between the transformation of the economic system and the transformation of the growth pattern in the course of the reform. The economy reform namely is the course of the relation between the two right-about from out of line to in line, from restrict to stimulate each other. Before the economy reform don抰 gain the complete achievement, the II? traditional economic system restricted the transformation of growth pattern in three aspect: the government played the wrong role, the area economy position and the branch economy structure was inconsequence, the corporation still don抰 establish the status of main body in market. At the same time, the continuing of the extensive growth pattern also restricted the transformation of the economic system in four aspect: the national corporation large-scale to be bad induced that the transformation of the economic system was very difficult. The same industry structure induced that the resource deployed in market tightly, the debt crisis induced that the reform of the finamce system was hard, the heavy debt for the society development induced that the transformation of the economic system was lack of aftereffect. The last part provides some revelation to realize the two right-about, with the history anatomy to the relation between the economic system and the economic growth pattern.
