Philosophical Reflection On The Development Of Agricultural Productivity

This article is on the basis of Marxist view, applies the law that production relations must suit state of productive forces, tries to make use of principle of dialetics, observes and studies the winding course of change and adjustment of agricultural production relations and the principal contradiction at the present stage in rural societg since the new china founded ,especially since the third meeting of the Eleventh Natienal people抯 congress ,analyses the contradictory movement state between produetion relations and productive forces it proves that the agricultural production relations fetter the agricultural productive forces seriously under the 搇eft?guide lines, clarifies the production relations that take the family contracted responsibility system with remuneration linked to output as the principal thing liberate the agricultural productive forces extremely since the reform and opening to the world, expounds the main wag of the development of agricultural productive forces under the new situation of century cross is to deepen rural reform, one aspect is to keep on adjusting and reforming the part of the production relations that don抰 suit the productive forces, including the form of the property right owership in countryside and interest distribution system. The other aspect it to improve the performance of science technology and culture of the agricultural working people, relying on modem science and technology, promote the change of technological achievements into actual productive forces attaining the goal of development of agricultural productive forces. In addition, the article also stresses that Marxist theory must be emphasised and used to guide the practice of deepening rural reform.The whole article can be divided into three parts , has about 40 000 words.The first part pays attention to expound the philosophy theory of Marxism that production relations must suit productive forces, fully understands the important directive function of Marxist philosophy theory in practice of rural reform.The second part reviews the great practice of rural reform in our country, analyses the contradictory movement state between production relations and productive forces. Fouth ,it points out several key problems of deepening rural reform. Fifth, it emphasises that the basic way out to solve the rural problem is to develop agricultural productive forces relying on modem science and technology.
