The development of Hospital information needs the support of manydisciplines including medical science, management science, informationtechnology and system science. Especially with the rapid development ofsociety, the enhance of our expectation to health promotes hospita1 tosupply services in higher standard. 0ld management systems have becomepassive factors limiting the development of Hospita1, the construction ofinformation wi11 be strong impetus to hospitals' development. Now, the speedof the construction of information in our hospital is slow, it is ourimportant subject to explore the development way of it with Chinesecharacteristics.The thesis first analyzes the management of macro and middle hospitalin China by the theory of management inforretion system .Based on theresearch of success and failure of the hospital in external and internalduring MIS' construction, the thesis looks for the insufficient aspects ofcurrent hospital and put it as the research area of the thesis. Second, thethesis puts forth a scheme that be suit to the hospital of China in currenttime as well as the total system analysis and the design' details. Third,the thesis presents the model of Telmedicine and PACS.
