The Study Of Medicines Supply Pattern In Hospital Based JIT

With raise of living standard, people's demand for medical care has become higher. The drugs of hospital are so expensive that patient can't afford to see a doctor and dose in hospital. In order to solve the problem, we must analyze pattern of medicine supply in hospital and put forward a more reasonable and effective pattern. Whereas JIT purchasing along with the supply chain management in a lot of industries has been successful in reducing inventory and increasing the effectiveness of purchasing function and hence the productivity of manufacture, JIT purchasing can be adopted in medicine supply in hospital. We analyze defects of the traditional pattern of medicine supply in domestic hospital with idea of supply chain management, put forward JIT model and how to put it into effect. Firstly, we analyze defects of the traditional pattern of medicine supply in domestic hospital, introduce its development trend, and point that JIT pattern is trend in the future.Secondly, according to JIT purchasing, we put forward JIT pattern and how to put it into effect. We emphatically make analysis of mechanism leading to establish and development of collaborative relationship between hospital and supplier and importance of medicine electronic commerce in JIT model, define its modules and describe the modules' function clearly.Lastly, we research on supplier selection system emphatically. We illuminate direction, purpose and indexes of supplier evaluation system in JIT pattern and describe the indexes' significance detailedly. Based on study of the some methods used in index-weight decision, we make out every index-weight with analytic hierarchy process. We point out steps of in the process of supplier selection.
