Regular Undergraduate Legal Education Training Target

Beginning with the defination of the concept, this paper wields Maxism to anal- yse and comment the objectives in the general higher legal education of the graduate course belonging to common law countries, civil law countries and China. The con- cept of the objectives is defined in Chapter One. The objectives of common law coun- tries, civil law countries and China are analysed and evaluated in Chapter Two in or- der to lay a foundation for building up a new one for China. A new objectives of quali- ty education for the 21st century of China is built up in Chapter Three on the basis of higher education theory, art eduation theory and legal education theory, especially the trends of the politics, economy and culture in the future in China.
