The Ownership Finance & the Enterprise Finance theory is often discussed recently, it will contribute to the revolution of state-owned enterprises. Based on this reason, the thesis is written. This paper consists of 5 parts, which listed as follows: Part One: A base of the Ownership Finance & the Enterprise Finance ?finance theory. The finance theories, such as the development of finance, financial owner and objectives, the relation of financial with accounting are discussed. Part Two: Another base of the Ownership Finance & the Enterprise Finance property rig1~its theory. This theory includes the development of the enterprise system, the separation between ownership & control, the structure of property rights, the corporate governance and principal-agent theory. Part Three: The Ownership Finance & the Enterprise Finance under classic enterprise system. The Ownership Finance & the Enterprise Finance which are the same in single proprietorship and partnership are analyzed respectively. Part Four: The Ownership Finance & the Enterpiise Finance under modem enterprise system. Because we are familiar with the Enterprise Finance, the Ownership Finance, the relationship between the Ownership Finance & the Enterprise Finance are discussed in more details. This part is the key to the whole paper. Part Five: The contribution of the Ownership Finance & the Enterprise Finance to the revolution of the state-owned enterprise. This part is the object of the thesis.
