Established To Explore A Number Of Issues To Improve China's Social Insurance System

In China,many components of economy have quickly developed in full swing,along with the establishent of market economy step by step, but the shortcoming of China state enterprise which account for a large proportion in Chinese economy is exposed unceasingly. The development of state enterprise has been faced with many questiones. Under the situation the reformation is imperative. However it must affect the obtaining of employment,and bring the rise of unempolyment ratio,and result in the question of stabilization.So the social security becomes an important task in sociology now.This dissertation tries to explore and analyse the social security in state enterprise at the base of Chinese status by studying the establishment and development of the social security in other countories. It has five parts,the preface gives the direction of study, purpose and way;The first part intrduces the rising and development of social security ; The second part discusses the importance of the establishment and development of the social security;The third part analyses the actuality and question of Chinese social security;Finally it brings forward the countermeasure of the establishment and development of social security.
