Any trade of the electronic BUSINESS(e-B) consists of four flows: business flow, information flow, capital flow and commodity flow(CF). Although the e-B has already developed four stages, the objects electronified are still business flow, information flow and captial flow rather than commodity flow. The e-B originates from America in which there is a well-structured business circulation system to support the development of the e-B, the only thing they need to do is connection toghther. But we are still at the elementary stage of socialism, the business circulation trade is behind the average level compared with other countries', therefore, it couldn't support the development of the e-B in China if it stood still. As the e-B is promoted by IT industry, they put undue stress on the specific characteristics of e-B without considering the actual situation in China, with the result that they emphasize the importance of technique and ignore the importance of management and marketing theory in e-B, that is the key reasons why enterprise of e-B has no way to make money and the bottleneck of the CF occurs on the way of the e-B development. In this paper, I present the view that the electronification would be the best way to solve the bottleneck of the CF and give a practical methods to bring about the electronification of the CF. I hope it would be useful for further study of the bottleneck of the CF.The thesis consists of six parts.Part 1:Introduction.This part generally introduces the conception of the e-B and puts forward views that electronification of the CF in a broad sense will combine traditional resources with the computer, network and other modern techniques to meet the requirements of the e-B; The enterprises of e-B at least face with three basic problems for markteing decision during the electronifing process: 1) how to solve the channel of the CF , by internal forces or external forces; 2) how to integrate the traditional resources of the CF to meet with the e-B;3) how to make sure of the delivery of commodities in time.Part2: Advantages and bottlenecks of the e-B.This part briefly states the advantages of the e-B compared with traditional commerce which is the source of the e-B and points out three bottlenecks (payment, safety and CF)on the way of the development of e-B due to internal factors of Internet which is the foundation of the e-B. With the development of modern techniques , payment and safety makes considerable progess, but the bottleneck of the CF still blocks the development of the e-B in China.Part 3: Electronifing the CF is the key to solve this bottleneck. The contents of this part include the conception, distinguishing feature, and signficance of electronifing the CF. Meanwhile ,six models of the electronification of CF have been given as follows: 1)To build up the CF system based on traditional marketing resources by itself ; 2)To construct the shared platform by multi-company; 3)Virtual warehouse; 4)DELL model; 5)Combination between chartered sale and the e-B; 6) Third party logistics.Part 4: The methods to achieve the electronification of CF.The factors effecting the selection and designation of the CF models will be discussed and "delivery system on time" which is the actual means of electronification of CF will be put forward in this part.Part 5:The requirements of electronifing the CF for management and organization structure of enterprise. In this part, we will learn how the management and organization structure of enterprise should be changed over once the CF would be electronified, otherwise, it could not bring into effect.Part 6: Case study. With the help of the theory mentioned in the whole paper, one typical case is discussed and analysed to see what is the actual problems during the development of e-B and how to solve them.
