It becomes more and more important for the commodity trade enterprises in the economy of China and in the life of its people. The statistics of 2000 showed that it counted more than 40% of China's GDP (gross domestic production). It is the key to the commodity trade enterprises to profoundly research their organization and management methods so as to exist and develop currently with the influence of modern information technologies,especially Electronic Commerce. The requirements of rebuilding the manipulation method,working flow and organization structure for the commodity trade enterprises to meet the need of modern society become urgent and imperative.Based on the thought of development,opening,and innovation,we analyzed the existent organization,the management model,and the work flow of our commodity trade enterprises,we also analyzed the impact,the technical characteristics and implement requirement of modern information technology,especially Electronic Commerce to the commodity trade enterprises. After studying the working model,the ihought of business enterprises based on modern information technology,we put forward the innovative organizational management ideal,work flow and development countermeasure for our commodity trade enterprises to adapt to the network economy,and we expatiated the characteristics of modern enterprises in detail.In this paper we also studied the advantages of the enterprises which have already used information system,putting forward the methods of rebuilding the organization and reforming the work flow,the methods of optimizing the information flow,commodity flow and capital flow etc. to improve the efficiency of the enterprises and to make information system to become one of the important parts of business enterprises. We still studied how to build the new system and running model,how to develop the new opportunities,and howto look for the new economic rising points under this new technical environment. We worked over the decision-making assistance and information supervision based on information system so as to realize different decision-making requirements.On the basis of putting forward and expatiating the standard work flow of modern commodity trade enterprises,we introduced the computer resembling technology to simulate the modern business work flow,so that we provided the modern measure of optimizing organization and deploying resources of business enterprises in modern information society.
