Cost management is an important part of modernized business nianagement,an essential demand of the enterprise that seeks the profits itself and the maximized act of the enterprise that participates in the market competition. 4- This paper describes the demand of necessity for carrying out the efficient cost control of large梥cale products through the analysis of the external management environment, the condition of market competition, the internal production structure, especially the industry梬ide competition features of which the set梪p production of traditional products has been transformed into that of largecale products,with whihch DCI group co.is faced. It expounds the relative cost component and class costing in combination with the relevant contents of process of production organization of individual cost control units. It approaches the node of workable target cost management that is suitable for DCY production and management features on that basis and using the target cost management in the theory of the operation mode of carrying out the target cost management as the core, and points out the operation mode of carrying out the target cost management in regard to the production design that essentially decide the cost link of largecale products. To break through the traditional product cost management method and set up a perfect and efficient mode of target cost management, DCV group Co. still needs a progressive process and puts the massive basic management work in position. However, from the point of view the actual demand for enterprise operation and management ,it is a task of top priority in the development of itself.In view of existing situation of DCV cost management, the author hopes that this paper can play the role of hrowing away a brick in order to get a gem?and thereby the cost management may be deepened unceasingly.
