Computer Crime Research

In this part, the author analyses the role of computer in the criminal system and puts forward the scientific conception of computer crime.Part III expounds the subject, the subject aspects, the object and the object aspects of computer crime. The author emphatically analyses some questions that have caused much controversy and raises some new views.Part IV explains the limits of the following crimes: the unlawfully invading the computer information system crime, the disrupting computer information system and the crimes of using computer to commit financial fraud, theft, embezzlement etc.Part V analyses the legislative flaws of computer crime in the criminal law and puts forward some suggestions for the legislation.
