On The Ideological And Political Nature Of Education

The ideology and politics pedagogy is a newly developed science, which has made considerable headway since it was established more than ten years ago. So far, a complete system of many branches of this subject has formed. But, we must be aware of the problem that the development of the research on it is very inadequate. The research is staying in the stage of experience, for a lot of important tenet, concept and content is not defined clearly, and the inquiring of them especially the essence of ideology and politics education need to be furthered. The scientific ideology and politics pedagogy's system can't be taken form and the research of it can't be developed until this problem is solved. Furthermore, the scientific and correct comprehension of the essence becomes an important issue of current research. This research in academic circles is in the beginning stage, and further, scientific research has not developed enough, which must have effect on reasonable construction of the ideology and politics pedagogy's system. This paper is concentrated on the complete theoretical inquiring into the issue of the ideology and politics education essence, try to widen the scope of research to the ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign society, and make a conclusion of universal significance by the comprehesive investigation under the Marxism philosophy. Meanwhile, it also try to grasp the relationship between the ideology and politics education essence and the politics, economy, culture of the society, analyze the purpose, function and value of the ideology and politics education related to the ideology and politics education essence, and see through the ideology and politics education's appearance to it's essence from all kinds of relation and category about it. At last, the conclusion made form this paper is the essence of ideology and politics education, which is the historical unite of the individual and social value, class (politics> and the whole people's value. It can be asserted that this paper provides some theoretical basis for the construction of the scientific ideology and politics pedagogy's system.
