Research On Government Diligence And Honesty Construction For Public Servant And Ideology And Politics Education

In recent years,with the augment of GDP,the international position of our country is escalating constantly over time.As an essential part in social construction,the political construction attracts a growing public attention,and the government unit,as a carrier of politics,draws great attentions as well.Moreover,public servants,as an organic part of government unit,represent the government expression in their words and actions.Since they are no longer in the power center with high position,which exposes them under public surveillance.Public servants are responsible for important government affairs,follow the command of China Communism Party,and execute the relative laws;meanwhile,they are also the leader of the main part in social classes,the guidance for multitude and the manager of social activities.In another word,the words and actions from public servant not only influence the public,but also bring profound effect for the entire society with their high level moral statement.The reason why public servant exist is to serve the public,and the essential condition during serving is to be honest and diligent.Hence,the Party and the government treated the construction of party conduct and honest government extremely serious since PRC was established,especially the ideology and political education for public servant.Only the public servants themselves fulfil their assignment,keep their dignity,and prevent sloth administration problem can promote the working efficiency of government department and general mood of society.Aiming at this goal,the public servants in government department are required to enhance honest construction and ensure the working processtransparency.The honest construction introduced by the Central Committee is to “surface and core maintaining,comprehensive repair,punishment and prevention,and precaution”.Xi Jinping pointed a lot of times that public servants needs to be educated in political and ideological way in the first place to accept the content,and fulfil every assignment of party conduct and honest governmentconstruction.By undertaking the ideological and political education,the disciplined ideology of public servant will generally generate.The education procedural is advocated to be distinctive,effective and vigorous,which needs to,based on traditional education pattern,constantly innovate,continuously reform,and consecutively escalate the pertinence.The education in ideology and politics is guided by eight honors and eight disgraces,especially be proud of honest and be shame of corruption.The main idea of this education is to let each educatee to form the integrity conception to self-clean,self-restrain and self-surveillance.the ideology education often indicates the morality status and pursuit in national status,and meanwhile gives an extremely high suppression to corruption,which is the basis of establishing an adorable social order.This paper,based on the above research,subject to substantial content of ideology and politics education and some problems existing in its implementation procedural,analyzed relative experiences from different department,and provided a more suitable theory and methodology for China reality combining with the develop circumstance of this country.This paper has 5 main sections:At the beginning,in the introduction section,the research significance and background for construction of party conduct and honest government and the ideology and politics education are introduced,and,meanwhile,the status of both domestic and foreign education was analyzed;Then,the research method and path was depicted aiming at the education status and provided an analysis for their demerits based on the above.The improvements and innovations are introduced as well.Moreover,in the second section,the basic theories and relative concepts within construction of party conduct and honest government and the ideology and politics education are illustrated,including the definition of department public servants and their traits,and introduced the content of such concepts based on the theory.In addition,the above concepts are combined with the education itself.The significance of such education and construction is deduced by undertaking the analysis.Then,in the third section,according to the relevance between construction of party conduct and honest government and ideology and politics education,the indispensable function of ideology education in construction of party conduct and honest government is introduced.The position and importance of ideology education is analyzed,including guidance,excitation,supervision and transference.By summarizing the effectiveness of such education on the construction of party conduct and honest government for public servant,practical experiences are accumulated.In the end,the significance in specific events is exemplified.In the last section,some problems exist during construction and education are introduced,and 4 solutions for these problems are provided based on the construction status: Cultivating the faith,enhancing propagation,establishing education environment and improve the mechanism of the education.
