Venture Capital In High-tech Industry And Its Risk Control

The 21st century is an epoch of intellectual economy, and high-tech industry will be the most important mainstay in the world. Venture capital is rapidly developing- and- it is mainly used- to exploit the new products, new- technics andset up or invest new industry that represents the future trend. It can combine the-financial capital and -high technology n allusion to venture enterprises?characteristics of high devotiOn, high risk and high return, and turn the high-tech product into productivity.In a certain extent, intellectual economy should be innovative economy. It is very important to rely on venture capital and consummate its system, which can accelerate the increase in native economy. In relative to other developedcountries in the world, venture capital came forth in China in 1980, but it hasn-developed well -as -a result of-its later emergence.For the above-mentioned reasons, the author is trying to use the successfUl experience. of other countries for reference., combine the practice of venture capital in China, inquiry into its application in high-tech industry and its control system of risk by analyzing the relationship between venture capitalist and enterpriser. Some rationalization proposals will also put forward in the thesis for impelling to perfect and standardize the system increasingly.The thesis are divided into five parts:The first part will mainly discuss the important role of venture capital in the course of supporting the high-tech enterprises.The second part will mainly study the overseas venture capital, aimed at using the successful experience of other countries, and better promoting the development of venture capita! in China.The third part will mainly analyze the general situation in China, and clarify its necessity and feasibility. The great problems in practice capital will also be discussed in the part.The 4~ part is the focus of the whole thesis. In fact, the management of venture capital means to identify the risk exactly. It is the key for the successful venture capital to master how to evade and control the risk. The theory about info dissymetry will be introduced in the thesis.in the last part, Some rationalization proposals will be put forward, including setting up the external supporting system of venture capital, etc.
