Research On The Interface Management Between High-tech Enterprises And Venture Capital Enterprises

As the high-speed development of high-tech enterprises and venture capital enterprises in our country,the high-tech enterprises and venture capital enterprises are more important to our national economy. But what shall we do to utilize the venture capital to service for the High-tech enterprises? What is the best way to develop high-tech enterprises in our country? What are the main reasons interfering the development of the venture capital enterprises and high-tech enterprises in our country? In this paper we analyses what is the interface between the venture capital enterprises and high-tech enterprises and how high-tech enterprises and venture capital enterprises affect each other at first. In the second chapter,we analyses what are the main obstacles of the interface between the high-tech enterprises and venture capital enterprises .In the third chapter,we explain what is the main reason to form the obstacles. At last we put forward the most efficiency way to manage the high-tech enterprises -venture capital enterprises interface and how to build up the exterior sustain system of the venture capital enterprises and high-tech enterprises.
