Partnership Enterprise Theory

This article discusses four questions of partnership enterprise of our country separately. They are property share, responsibility, dissolution and bankruptcy. This article studies the significance of property share and the standard of amount of it. It will do good to the system implement of transference of property share, inheritance and so on. This article discusses the responsibility of joining in partnership, withdrawing from partnership and dissolution. This article also discusses the significance of partnership dissolution and relations of dissolution between termination, bankruptcy and continuation. Bankruptcy of partnership enterprise has more 揹ifficult problems?to be made a theoretical systematic study than the bankruptcy of legal person enterprise. So this article only discusses the feasibility, limits, dissolution of responsibility and property of bankruptcy of partnership enterprise.
