| The article deals with the problems of partnership enterprise in macro and micro views. First it is considered that partnership can be divided into bargaining and organizing ones in our country by analyzing legislation of partnership from macro angle in chapter 1. On the bases, the problems of Civil legislation Subject' Position and the identification of partners are studied in charter2. Then the article studies the problems about investment of all of partners and quality of partnership enterprises' property from micro angle in charter 3. In charter 4 the article compares limited partnership and unnamed partnership which have not been founded in our country and analyzes its' value and essentiality. |
