And based on this theory discussion, the thesis also do SIBT case analysis, in which analysis of current distribution channel system is made, and suggestions for improving this current system are also put forward. This thesis is divided into two sections in structure.- design and administration of distribution channel for high-tech products, and analysis and improvement suggestions for SIBT current distribution channel. Correct understanding of the special characteristics of high-tech products marketing is the critical point for understanding distribution channel design and administration for high-tech products. The first chapter?marketing of high-tech products?discuss high-tech product marketing. Chapter Two probes into the current distribution options of high-tech products . Chapter Three discusses the design and selection of distribution channel of high-tech products. Having reviewed the channel options and screened out the optimal one, a business shall turn its eyes to selection and management of distributors. Chapter Four discusses the three critical links of distributor management, i.e. screening, control and motivation. In Chapter Five, by referring to SIBT抯 experience in distribution of building automation products and standing on theoretical analysis of high-tech distribution, the author makes a study of SIBT抯 current distribution channel, and propose several suggestions on how to optimize SIBT抯 channel.
