China's entry into WTO is an important strategic choice, which means China has been integrated into the main stream of global economy. Facing MNCs' challenges and competition, it worth thinking how should the domestic enterprises enter international market.The main idea of the paper is to study the strategies of internationalization, through which the paper discusses characteristics of domestic enterprises' internationalization in the background of China's entry into WTO. By analyzing and drawing lessons from successful experiences of one of "Asia's Four Dragons", Korea, this paper provides a theoretic framework and some suggestions for China to establish its own MNCs. The paper consists of four parts:Part one: The paper discusses the comparative advantage and competitive advantage theories of internationalization, and points out that the comparative advantages of domestic enterprises' internationalization should be based on resources advantage, effective processes and unique management ideas, and the domestic enterprises should increase their international market knowledge and awareness of the international market through practices and achieve the optimal integration of internationalization competency and international market knowledge. Then the paper points out the basic hypothesis——international strategies are determined by international competency and international market knowledge. Some specific international action strategies are also provided in this part.Part two: After analyzing internationalization experiences of Korea's enterprises, this part mainly introduces some inspiration for China's enterprise.Part three: The paper studies the internationalization characteristics of China's enterprises and the direct elements that influence scale of domestic enterprises' offshore investment and concludes that the domestic enterprises should break through the perceived advantages of cheap labour forces and the acquaintance of native market and should achieve competitive advantages from production system, establish the "Big Chinese Businesses Circle" under the APEC mechanism, and should increase international market knowledge and opening international consciousness to take part in internationalization more actively. In this part, the paper also introduces KONKA's gradually opening progress and LEGEND's successful international experiences, from which the paper analyzes the action strategies of China's enterprises' internationalization.Part four: The entry into WTO not only provides China with a more favorable international environment and conditions, but also enforces China's enterprises to implement internationalization strategy. In terms of some developed countries' lessons in the governance mode of economic transaction, the paper points out some barriers in domestic enterprises' internationalization,and gives some policy suggestions in internationalization and establishing perfect national innovation system. Finally, the paper also analyzes the successful experiences of China's big company in TV industry, TCL's internationalization.
