Red Granary Case Studies

The state-owned enterprise reform is the focus of China~s economy in the 1990抯. And the state-owned cereal enterprise reform is more important because of the strategic status of the grain in our country. It will not only affect the enterprise but also the national economy. This dissertation takes Hanging enterprise as actual case, introduces its history and background briefly, focuses on its human resource problem, its sales problem, its financial problem and its strategic decision problem. It tries hard to show the management problems of the enterprise, and helps the other state-owned cereal enterprises take it as references. In the following part of case analysis, this dissertation analyses and solves the problems as above. It points out that the state-owned cereal enterprises must break the old mechanism and set up human resource idea, chose effective sales strategic according with the change of the market, pay more attention to management financial, use science technology and modem organization scheme. It also points out what enterprise and state will do in the new circumstance.
