Study Of The Effectiveness Of Monetary Policy In China

The research which focuses on monetary policy efficiency is of longstanding in the West countries. But similar discussion just springs up inour country. In recent years, great changes have taken place in economicsituation at home and abroad, and the development of national economyhas encountered greater difficulties than evet. Therefore, delving furtherinto the problem of monetary policy efficiency shows significantnecessity, urgency and practicality.On the basis of the principle of monetary policy efficiency and ourcountry's economy and finance functioning, the thesis analyses thepolicy target, monetary instruments, transmission mechanism andentering into WTO which influence China's monetary policy efficiency.At last, the thesis puts forward some new ideas on the subjectThe paper consists of four chapters. In chapter one, different theoriesabout monetary policy efficiency are concluded and evaluated. Inchapter two, it analyses the function of our country's economy andfinance. In chapter three, the article discusses the factors which weakenthe efficiency of monetary policy. In chapter four, the suggestions onraising our country's monetary policy efficiency are advanced.
