| The stock market devotes to the economic growth. The functions can be classified to the core, half-core and surface function. The methods that stock market stimulates the economic growth are demonstrated as follow,capital factors, enterprise institution, structure conversion, technique promotion, scale effect, and fortune effect. The stock market plays the critical role in the Western China development. On the base of qualitive analysis, through the comparison of operation achievement of listed company and the development of stock market between Shaanxi and Shandong province, the multi-regression-analysis models that the stock market promotes the economic growth, and works on the economic growth mechanism are established. The conclusion is got that the effect of stock market promoted economic growth is not clear but the stock market works on the mechanism of economic growth is unquestionable.At last, another conclusion is got that as the corporate governance efficiency is improved and industry of listed company upgrade, the operating achievement can be enhanced, the stock market can develop furthermore, and the effect which stock market works on the economic growth can be strengthened. |
